Stag Power Rentals – Terms of Service
Welcome to Stag Power Rentals. Before utilizing our generator rental services, please carefully read and understand our Terms of Service outlined below:
Scope of Services: Stag Power Rentals provides generator rental services for various applications, including but not limited to events, construction sites, emergency situations, and industrial projects. These services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Quote and Agreement: Requesting a quote from Stag Power Rentals initiates the process. Upon acceptance of the provided quote, a formal agreement is established between the customer and Stag Power Rentals. The agreement encompasses the rental duration, costs, delivery details, and any additional services agreed upon.
Payment Terms: Payment terms are specified in the agreed-upon quote and are expected to be adhered to by the customer. Stag Power Rentals reserves the right to charge additional fees for late payments. Any outstanding balances may result in the suspension of services.
Cancellation and Changes: Cancellations or changes to the agreed-upon rental must be communicated to Stag Power Rentals in a timely manner. Cancellation fees may apply, and changes are subject to availability and approval by Stag Power Rentals.
Equipment Use and Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment. Any damage or loss of equipment beyond normal wear and tear will incur additional charges. The customer must follow safety guidelines and regulations during the use of the equipment.
Delivery and Pickup: Stag Power Rentals will coordinate the delivery and pickup of the rented equipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable and accessible location for delivery and pickup. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts or inaccessible locations.
Insurance: The customer is encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for the rented equipment during the rental period. Stag Power Rentals is not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer’s property or third-party property during the rental period.
Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Stag Power Rentals harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rented equipment.
Force Majeure: Stag Power Rentals shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the services were rendered.
By utilizing the services of Stag Power Rentals, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms of Service. Stag Power Rentals reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
