Stag Power Rentals runs a diesel-only fleet of industrial and commercial generators sized from 20kW to 2,000kW, dispatched from our Dickinson, Texas yard and delivered nationwide. Each unit is load-bank tested before it ships, and our team has supported outdoor events, commercial properties, healthcare facilities, construction sites, and industrial operations on both planned schedules and emergency call-outs.
A Collegeport property’s power needs come down to the job at hand — a bayside fish house, a construction trailer, or standby power staged ahead of a Gulf storm. Our hurricane contingency power plan is built for exactly that; call 1-844-STAG-PWR or request a quote to get equipment moving.
Collegeport is a small unincorporated community in Matagorda County on Tres Palacios Bay, founded in 1908 as an ambitious planned settlement that once supported hotels, churches, and citrus farming. A 1914 freeze and Hurricane Carla in 1961 each reshaped the town, and the area remains low-lying and exposed to Gulf storms today. What’s left is a quiet bayside community built around fishing and agriculture, with real distance between it and the nearest utility crew.
